Organic Smokehouse
Award-winning smokehouse operates from the village of Clunbury near to the market town of Ludlow in Shropshire. For us at The Organic Smokehouse, the smoking of produce is less about commercial food production and more about the continuance of a centuries old craft. All of our smoking is carried out without any mechanical intervention using the traditional ‘draft method’ with air-dried, naturally fallen, Shropshire Oak. It is a slow process, giving a greater depth of flavour to our products.
